Recorded over five days in July 2020, "The Curse of Mister Pope" is a new, thinly-veiled EP from His Unholy Mess. Recorded in self-isolation, The Curse of Mister Pope reveals a softer, less excitable troubadour during his most quiet hours. Perhaps he is beginning to understand the error of his ways, gently daydreaming until the next beer (Cold One), missing the night life (Midnight Special Fo Sho) and his desire to change his ways.

What exactly is the Curse of Mister Pope? Whether it be his unwillingness to slow down, or his apathy towards the "bedroom pop" genre as a whole he has come to be known for in recent years, or perhaps just another display of his unapologetic wit.
